MM&D Land is a land acquisition company based in Winchester, North Hampshire. Founded by Mary Malyon, we're a family business specialising in helping landowners achieve financial goals — from early retirement to supporting loved ones onto the property ladder. Land Needed
We’re actively seeking land across Winchester and North Hampshire — including small parcels, brownfield sites, and farmland. Whether you own a paddock on the edge of a village, unused garden space, or a redundant commercial site, we’re interested. Planning permission isn’t required — we take care of the planning process, surveys, and legal work on your behalf. You won’t pay a penny unless a deal completes. Mary Malyon
With over half a decade’s experience at Ordnance Survey and Hampshire County Council’s Countryside Service, I bring expertise in mapping technology and local geography — both essential to understanding land and its development potential. During my time at OS, I also worked on the OS Maps team, the UK’s most popular outdoor mapping app. All this grounding gives me a unique perspective when it comes to identifying and unlocking hidden opportunities, helping landowners release value from their land.
Outside of work, I’m a keen nature writer, with work published in several anthologies including Women on Nature.
